It has not been a smooth road for us at all. I’m sure every company would love to always have the “happy path” when it comes to trying to build and operate a successful business, but that has not been the case for Pälymorf. We started from the bottom. We had to figure out what our niche would be, find ways to stand out, and learn how to figure out our target audience so that we could advertise effectively. We also had to work with various manufacturers to ensure good quality. Jeff Bezos once said, “Work hard, have fun, make history”, and you can’t expect to make history or even be a part of it without making mistakes on your journey to the top.

Additionally, as stated above, we created our own Pälymorf Electric Bikes – and that was no easy task. Trying to find a good manufacturer that could see our vision and care for it as much as we do took a long time. We learned the hard way that everyone doesn’t share the same understanding.

Conveying a vision to someone else proved to be a challenging task because it required effective communication and clarity of thought. Additional challenges we faced when trying to convey your vision to others included:

• Misunderstanding: Our audience didn’t initially understand our vision. This led to misinterpretation or confusion, making it difficult to achieve our desired outcome.

• Different perspectives: We had to remember that people have different backgrounds, experiences, and beliefs, which can affect their understanding of our vision. So, it was important to take this into account and communicate our vision in a way that resonates with our manufacturer(s).

• Lack of engagement: If our audience is not engaged or interested in your vision, they may not fully understand or support it. It was important to ensure our vision was relevant and meaningful to our audience.

• Communication barriers: Communication barriers such as language translation made it difficult to convey our vision to manufacturers effectively. We had to constantly explain what we wanted, why we needed things a certain way and what we expected as far as product quality.

Learning to use simple language to make it easier to understand was difficult in the beginning until we got used to it. It became important to adapt our communication style and tools to overcome these barriers and ensure our message is understood.

To overcome these challenges, it was imperative to communicate our vision clearly, using simple language and examples that resonate with our audience. We also listened to our customers’ feedback and addressed any concerns or questions they had.

Finally, we understand that it may take time for Pälymorf to be fully understood and embraced, but we are working towards becoming a household name. As we continue to grow our customers and provide great service, we believe we will get there in the near future.
