By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Pälymorf provides a Life and Wealth Audit and personalised report ("Report") across five domains: Time, Wealth, Identity, Systems, and Relationships. The Service is offered in three access tiers:
To access registered or paid features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@palymorf.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for any unlawful purpose.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise Pälymorf to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method.
All prices are listed in USD. Pälymorf is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Due to the personalised, digital nature of the Life and Wealth Audit, all sales are final and non-refundable once the full Report has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased Report, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
The Pälymorf Life and Wealth Audit and Report are for informational and educational purposes only. The results, scores, insights, and recommendations are based solely on your self-reported responses and do not constitute financial, legal, investment, tax, psychological, or any other form of professional advice.
Pälymorf is not a registered financial adviser, investment adviser, or licensed counsellor. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial or life decisions based on the content of your Report.
All content on the Service — including but not limited to the assessment questions, scoring methodology, report structure, written interpretations, design, and branding — is the intellectual property of Pälymorf LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or your Report without our prior written consent. Your Report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pälymorf LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on your Report results.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Pälymorf in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of any assessment result or report.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
